(a) Outcome 1, Outcome 2 and Outcome 3 of the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts,

(b) Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility,

(c) Infrastructure Australia,

(d) National Intermodal Corporation Limited, and

(e) Australian Rail Track Corporation.
