Greens Senator Larissa Waters moved amendments to the second reading of the Bill so it reflects the support specialist frontline services will provide employers in implementing the paid family and domestic violence leave scheme as well as the need to provide additional funding to support these services.
The motion was voted up with 34 votes in favour and 29 against.
Senator Pocock voted YES.
