With a federal election on the horizon and the major parties doing their best to block more community independents from entering the Parliament, Team Pocock is getting ready for the 2025 campaign.

proACT has re-endorsed David to run as a candidate in 2025 and we need your help to keep him in the Senate and fighting for the ACT.

Supporters of David, other independent campaigns and members of the Canberra community are warmly invited to join Team Pocock for an afternoon celebrating the power of independent politics and community organising.

This event is about bringing supporters together - past, current and potential future - and getting ready for the next election.

Driven by our community’s mission to make politics more open, accountable and community-driven, this social event is intended to bring people from across the ACT together to meet other supporters of the growing movement for independent representation. We’ll share stories about the power of volunteering and opportunities for you to get involved in building a better future for us all while we enjoy some time surrounded by Nature at this terrific new venue.

We’ll recap some of the things David has achieved for our community and touch on the priorities he will be taking into the next election with a strong focus on cost-of-living, housing, health and Nature.

All welcome – whether you currently volunteer for Team Pocock or another independent in the ACT, have volunteered in the past, are interested in volunteering in the future, or haven’t even considered it (yet)!

David and his team are committed to making sure all events are inclusive and accessible. If you need help accessing the venue please reach out to a member of the team via [email protected]

Children welcome.

This is an inside venue, so unfortunately dogs cannot attend.
