WE HAVE ENOUGH VOLUNTEERS FOR THIS ACTIVITY WITH CURRENT RSVPs

If you are able to help letterbox one of the three target suburbs of Campbell, Ainslie or Downer. Please come to Ainslie shops to pick up your allocation of flyers.  Klaus and Caryl (they will be wearing Team Pocock shirts so should be easy to see) will give you your allocation and a guide.  They will be set up across from the IGA (Edgar St).  

Klaus and Caryl will be there between 4pm and 6pm.

It is important to RSVP so Klaus and Caryl know how many bundles to allocate.

If you are not able to attend at this time please let Craig McGarty know on Slack or on [email protected] so you can arrange pick up.

The letterboxing needs to be completed by Wednesday March 26. It is in advance of the major forum on Climate and Nature in Turner on March 28.

What to bring:

• Mobile phone so we can contact you if there are any change of plans.

• Pen so you can mark down sections allocated to you.

• (Optional) Team Pocock shirt so Klaus and Caryl can pick you out of the crowd and to be visible to public if you stop to shop, get refreshments.

Please note the letterboxing activity can only be performed by Team Pocock volunteers (for insurance reasons).  If your neighbours or family members want to help we can sign them up as volunteers straight away, but they do need to complete that paperwork.
