Answer

David is eligible to stand. He completed the renunciation of his Zimbabwean citizenship while in Zimbabwe in January, 2022. David is not a citizen of any country other than Australia. 

Renouncing citizenship is a difficult process practically and emotionally but David is committed to his candidacy and was pleased to be able to complete this process.
