Answer

While legal, the practice of political parties and candidates sending postal vote applications raises serious concerns around privacy and data harvesting.

David will not be sending out postal vote applications.

The Australian Electoral Commission has issued a warning to voters about this practice and has urged people who need a postal vote to come to the AEC directly.

Postal vote applications close on Wednesday 18th of May.
